Whitesmile UK LTD Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping

Once we receive and process your order, you can expect an order confirmation sent to the e-mail address provided. 

We are a UK company with warehouse premises in Barnsley, Yorkshire and this is where your goods will be despatched from.

We use Royal Mail Tracked delviery service. So again, check the email address you provided for up to date tracking and proof of delivery.


Delivery Schedule

Your Whitesmile order is processed and dispatched the same day, if received before 4pm Monday – Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Royal Mail Tracked use a 48 hour delivery schedule. Keep up to date with order tracking using the tracking link provided. A delivery window will be supplied by Royal Mail, with options to re-schedule.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for items that have been ordered in error

Unfortunately we cannot accept items that have been opened and / or used. Including anything used in part.  This falls under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

Eligibility for Returns:

As with all hygiene products we cannot accept items which have been used. 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging with the hygiene seal intact. 

Legally, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by email. 

Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@mywhitesmile.co.uk for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
